SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Yum Puff Treats! We are dedicated to delivering our freshly prepared treats to you in a timely and delicious manner. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and shipments.

 

Order Processing:

All orders are processed and prepared fresh.

Orders placed on or before Tuesday 6PM will be shipped to arrive by Friday of the same week.

Orders placed after Tuesday 6PM will be scheduled for shipment the following Friday.

We understand that you may have specific delivery date requirements. Custom delivery dates can be accommodated upon request; please contact us directly to arrange.

Shipping Responsibility:

While we take care to prepare and package your order with utmost care, Yum Puff Treats cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched.

We will provide you with tracking information and keep you informed about the status of your delivery to ensure a smooth shipping experience.

COLLECTION FROM HOMERTON (HACKNEY)

Free collections are available from Homerton, Hackney on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. To arrange collection:

  1.  Place your order and select the collection option.

  2. Let us know your preferred collection time and date.

  3. meet us at our designated collection point to pick up your delicious treats!

REFUND POLICY

At Yum Puff Treats, we are committed to providing you with delicious desserts made to order. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

 

Made to Order:

All desserts at Yum Puff Treats are made to order with fresh ingredients.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order is incorrect.

 

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund
